Youth groups

At our church, we’re committed to providing a friendly, supportive environment where children and young people can learn, grow and have a great time together. Alongside our own church-run youth activities, we’re proud to host well-loved national uniformed organisations. From developing new skills to building confidence, exploring faith and making lasting friendships, there’s something for everyone. We’d be delighted for your family to get involved and discover the many opportunities on offer.

Church groups

Messy Church

We have a Messy Church service twice a year at Christmas and Easter. These popular services include a selection of messy crafts which help us think about the meaning of Christmas or Easter. Then we have a fun 15-minute Celebration Service before sharing some food together. Messy Christmas is usually the second Sunday of December and Messy Easter is on Good Friday. Watch out for adverts on social media and our church noticeboard!

Mini Messy Church

1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Come and join us for a relaxed and creative time for the young and young at heart. We’ll enjoy hands-on crafts, plenty of messy play and a short Bible story with a song to finish. Drinks and snacks will be available, and there’s no need to book – just drop in and have fun.

Sunday Squad

2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. A group for children aged 2–12 during the main Sunday morning service.

Holiday Club

Each summer we hold a summer holiday club for children where over 3 mornings we explore bible stories, play lively games, sing songs and make some messy crafts. It is a great way for children to feel at home in church and learn about their faith in an invitational and age-appropriate way while having lots of fun. Again, watch out on the church social media and noticeboard for more information.

SPOGs

SPOGs is a youth group for young people (school years 7-13). It is a place to explore their faith and values, while having fun. Some of our activities include baking, playing games, challenge nights, making crafts and having adventures. We sometimes go on day trips or activity weekends.
