PCC Round Up!

Thirteen members of the PCC met on Wednesday 17^th January and discussed the following items.

8EQ’s – The next survey will take place on Sunday 11^th February. A report of the findings will be available shortly after.

Parish Priorities – In an attempt to get a presence in Grove Farm small groups and committees will be asked to either organise an event or to attend an event in the area.

Buildings & Finance – The drains have now been replaced and the new path will be installed week commencing 19^th February. Paul now has a full rota of counters for a Sunday morning.

Accounts – Accounts are in good order but unfortunately the envelopes did not quite cover the Parish Share for last year.

Worship and Spirituality – Lent groups are being organised and information will be available soon. Easter services will generally remain the same with a few tweaks along the way.

Data Protection – Anne Murray, Kate and Joanna will be carrying out an audit of what we have in place regarding Data Protection and will make any amendments needed to fulfil the new regulations that come into place in April.

Other News – The Co-Op on Sherbourne Avenue have once again offered their services to do some work around the Church. PCC agreed that a good project for them would be to paint the church walls to freshen them up.

APCM – The APCM has been set for Sunday 22^nd April at 12 noon. Could all accounts and reports please be given to Gary and Joanna either in person or via email by the end of February. Thank you in advance for your co-operation with this.
