On Sunday 21st June at 2pm, St. Paul’s Church, in Church Road Stockingford, is holding its annual Summer Gala in the Church grounds. Admission to the Gala is free, and offers an afternoon full of fun and entertainment.
The church is once again delighted to welcome back to this year’s Gala a top class Brass Band to provide musical entertainment. ‘Bedworth Brass’ are an award-winning brass band, having had tremendous success in competitions, and they always provide great entertainment in the Churchyard setting. They are kindly sponsored by Devall & Son.
Also during the afternoon, there are many other attractions, including a children’s choir from St. Paul’s Primary School, and many stalls and sideshows which include children’s toys, a huge bottle tombola, cakes, sweets, plants, books, jewellery and entertaining fun and games for all ages. We also have a Fairtrade shop and a raffle with a top prize of £100.
The afternoon is sure to be a great community event, and guarantees fun, entertainment, food and laughter for all.
