PCC Minutes – September 2013

The PCC met on 11 September 2013 when the following matters were discussed:

The arrangements that needed to be put in hand for the interregnum were discussed at length, together with the tasks now carried out by Mick, which would have to be undertaken by others.

Baptisms would present a problem and at present none could be booked after January 2014.

The Traidcraft stall would also require to be manned and organised.

Finance: Income holding steady at present. Problems with electricity meter, and this is ongoing.

Eight Essential Qualities – awaiting contact from Archdeacon

Management Groups:

Mission & Spirituality – meeting later in the week

Social – planning meeting for Ladies’ Evening and Harvest Supper on 5 October

Buildings & Finance – no meeting

Winter Night Shelter – representative felt that further training was essential before proceeding
